A more meaningful way to pray

By accessing or using My F.R.A.N.C.E.S. List ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and William W. Craig, III ("Owner," "we," "us," or "our").
My F.R.A.N.C.E.S. List is a faith-based intercessory prayer management application that helps users organize, track, and deepen their prayer lives using the F.R.A.N.C.E.S. framework (Family, Relatives, Acquaintances, Neighbors, Co-workers, Enemies, Strangers). The App provides prayer target management, guided prayer sessions, journaling, and curated faith resources.
All content, features, functionality, source code, design, text, graphics, logos, and the F.R.A.N.C.E.S. framework as implemented in this App are the exclusive property of William W. Craig, III and are protected by United States copyright law, trademark law, and international intellectual property treaties. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the App without the express written permission of the Owner.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your prayer data, journal entries, and personal information are stored securely and are never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law. You retain ownership of all content you create within the App.
We collect only the information necessary to provide the App's services: your name, email address, and the content you create (prayer targets, journal entries, session notes). This data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not sell your personal information. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the App. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its faith-based mission. You may not use the App to harass, defame, or harm others, or to transmit any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, William W. Craig, III shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by displaying a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
